1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or replacement if:
You received a defective or incorrect item
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all labels and documents
Return requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Custom-built or made-to-order products
Software-licensed components
Items that have been installed, altered, or used
Products purchased on clearance or special order
If a product falls into this category, it will be clearly marked on the product page.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@tecychussain.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and address details.
Ship the item securely back to us in its original condition.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
For international returns, customs or courier fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds are processed within 10–30 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
In some cases, a partial refund may apply if the product or packaging is damaged or incomplete.
If a replacement is preferred, it will be shipped immediately after return verification.
